Had some issues with bedroom set I ordered. One for something I ordered and didn’t work out. Secondly one piece was the wrong one ordered. Want to say Allan was patient and very helpful from Black Horse Pike Store.

I was shopping for a desk and chair. I saw one online that described to the sales person Tai. He found it on the floor in a few minutes and in 30 minutes it was ordered and I was on my way home. Great customer service!

We went to all of the popular furniture stores looking for a dining room table this was the only store that we weren't attacked by salespeople however we were greeted by Avery asked if we needed help and then she told us where she would be when and if we did need help We left the store went across the street to Kensington and came back and bought the table on sale for $200 cheaper than the same table was at Kensington

Very impressed need an auto recliner. Found just what I wanted. The salesman Fernando was good. And Will my check man was also good. The furniture in the store is beautiful and overwhelming…would recommend.

Our recent experience at Ashley Furniture store was quite pleasant. Mike the floor salesman make it enjoyable. He gave space and time to look around. Was not pushy. We shared some good laughter. went back the following day to make our purchase and Mike made the process quick and easy. Most furniture stores have the salesperson following you around like a stalker. Makes it very uncomfortable. Ashley Store does not. We've bought 3 times from Ashley.

Had a great experience with Avery at the Northfield store. She was kind, professional, and courteous. She did not pressure me into anything I didn’t want or like. Showroom had plenty of options to choose from. It was bright and clean. I highly recommend this store, and Avery for all your furniture needs!
